A more cost and time effective way to to support your intact team. Excellent follow up to team workshops or presentations. Groups meet twice monthly to focus on a topic. One individual is selected ahead of time for a “spotlight” conversation where they are coached more deeply around the challenges in the selected topic. The value for the group is in reflecting on the questions. On occasion, a guest speaker may lead or present at the group session.
